Our Process

Our assessment process has 4 simple steps: listen, assess, strategize, and launch. Need help presenting to leadership? We’ll help you with that too

Listen

Relationships are integral in this process. The first step of the assessment is to listen to the unique features, size, location, goals, and needs of your school. Every school is different, so is is every purchasing strategy. There is no one size fits all!

Assess

Next, we assess your needs, even mentioning blind spots if necessary. The assessment is from multiple perspectives, an administrator, a teacher, a parent, a student. The perspective can clarify some potential purchasing strategies.

Strategize

We discuss the variety of strategies to implement that can be help your school. Your direction determines your choices here. You can move in a variety of directions, whether improving equipment, improving academic programs, making capital offsets, sanitizing your facilities, and more.

Launch

This is the culminating piece of the process, put your plans and ideas to work. The launch phase puts you in contact with experience, approved vendors ready to serve you and help get your purchases approved.
